Our mobile applications, including "Zi de Zi", are developed for specific platforms. "Zi de Zi" is available exclusively for iPhone and is not available on Android, iPad, or other platforms. Platform availability is clearly specified for each application.

3. Use of Our Chatbot

3.1 Purpose and Functionality

Our AI chatbot is designed to provide information about our services, answer common questions, and assist with initial inquiries. The chatbot responses are generated using artificial intelligence and may not always be completely accurate.

3.2 Data Collection
